Performance issues with my build (RAM suspected)

Hi there, lemme just drop my specs here before everything:

Mobo: AsRock 990fx extreme 3
PSU: TX-Series ZM600-TX
GPU: MSI Nvidia GTX 980
CPU: AMD FX-8150 Black Edition
SSD: Toshiba Q300
RAM: 14 GB

So, my performance on Overwatch (most played game) and other games (Dota 2, Far Cry 4, and other games) has not been that good despite me having much higher specs than the recommended specs that are stated for each game, no matter what the settings and performance tweaks I did. After attempting to research myself I'm suspecting my RAM, and potentially my CPU's temps to be the culprit but I have still not proven it or found a solution for it. The reason why I think my RAM is the culprit, is because three out of four sticks are 1.333 MHZ 2GB ram, and one is 1.600 MHZ 8GB ram. The reason why I think the CPU may be a problem, is because it's around 60-70 at it's peak, so it MAY be that but I have disabled anything that would automatically lower the CPU's performance or voltage in my UEFI, so there SHOULDN'T be any throttling or worse performance. Everything is stock as well, so nothing is overclocked, and my drivers are up to date. I'm most grateful for any help.
