Looking for opinion on gaming PC

I've been interested in a gaming pc for a while now, but I'm really not into buying a prebuilt system due to their prices. Also I'm a first time builder, so all the knowledge I have comes from dozens of youtube videos and reviews. For over a month now I've been looking for parts on pcpartpicker.com and I think I got a decent system, but I am open for opinions, so if someone could take a look at it and give me some suggestions I would really appreciate it.
I want it to be future proof for at least a couple of years while I'm in college. Budget is around $2000

Here is the build

Thanks for your suggestions! Another fellow user on another post recommended an i3 8350k, which is a bit cheaper than the 8400 and better overall than the 7600k, but I dont know which of the two would perform better in gaming. Also the cooler. Do you think this one is better than the 212 evo? I've seen a lot of reviews about the evo saying it's a fantastic cooler. Everything else looks good. Thanks again for your time, really appreciate it!
