corshair Hydro GFX GTX 1080 Ti Liquid Cooled Graphics Card would I be able to install corshair 280 on it since its the same brand it should work shouldn't it or astek 360 since its already built for closed loop liquid cooler

not really because the on the regular AiO the connectors of the tubes to the CPU block are angled.

but even if it would, it would not cool it better and the noise will remain the same as the fan on the shroud is kinda loud.
a much more cheaper and quieter option would be buying a plain GTX 1080Ti + some AiO that you like + NZXT G12 bracket.
