How do you unclone WIFI when you know that some one has done it thru coming into your apt for the info on the computer and WIFI?

Reset it back to Factory default settings, and change the WiFi and admin passwords.
Look in the user manual for exactly how to reset it to factory settings.
Now...what, exactly, do you mean by "clone"?

Response: When I turn on my TV in the morning I first I hear it click and then seconds later there is another click . It is the person above me TV coming on as well. When he has football party in his place there is a lot of noise and they try to bring down my ceiling. Once I turn my TV off the party eventually goes somewhere else to watch. If I am watching something in the living room and decide to go to the bed room on the computer to stream a movie or even watch TV there, the person follows me to this bedroom and watches the movie.
At first I thought that it was my imagination as I would hear his TV on any program that I was watching including programs geared towards women. The I got up at 3:00 am and turned on my TV and sure enough he got up and came in the living area within 2 seconds.
Him watching TV or using the internet is depended upon me turning my devices on.
