hello there !

i already own 2 4GB Corsair Vengeance CL10 RAMs @ 1600mhz speed, 1.5V Voltage and 9-9-9-24 SPD timings.
my motherboard which is Asus H81-M CS supports upto 16GB RAM in dual ram configuration as 8GB max in each slot. My motherboard has 2 RAM slots.

my question is that if i buy a 8GB model of Corsair Vengeance RAM CL10 with exact 1600mhz speed, 1.5V Voltage and 9-9-9-24 SPD timings will my PC support it?

i know 12GB RAM configuration is pretty unusual and i have never heard anybody having that sort of a setup.

also i use a Intel i5-4440S CPU.

The only answer here is a solid, "maybe". Mixing RAM kits is always a crap shoot. Even matching speed, voltage and SPD, there's a chance it won't work. Your best bet is going to be replacing the RAM with what you want. There are even cases where someone purchases a 1x8GB RAM module and a couple weeks later purchases the exact same model again, and it doesn't work with the first.
