6th gen i7s are cheaper than 7th and 8th gen ones. on the other hand you could go for amd cpus. zen series cpus are cheaper than intel's and they have almost similar performance comparing to rivals from intel.
for vga same story goes on. go for amd ones. their latest vgas rocked

nice confige, but it all depends on your application. if you want it for gaming, you got to change your vga card to 1060 and your cpu to i7. but if it's for daily use you'd better to use 8 gb dual channel ram instead of over paying for 16 gb of rams.
