Disable Core Parking in Windows 10

I have an Intel Core i5-5200U.
Normally 4 of my cores run but during games 2 cores get parked and the other 2 core usage sparks upto 100% usage.
Is there anyway I can unpark my cores to remove lag in games?

I have tried all the methods available including Unpark CPU application and its next version too.
I also tried the regedit method to change the value in "0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583 " with no luck.
Please help someone!

Try setting your system to 'high performance' in the power options.

Most of my friends don't meet the game specifications and still are able to run the game well. I just need help to unpark my CPUs to remove lag.

Already done that with no use. The thing is game uses all 4 cores at the start of the game and after a minute or so 2 of them get parked. I need help with keeping them unparked during games.
