I'm going to start a budget PC build.

I've already chosen a micro-atx mobo (ASROCK H110M-DVS R3.0), and there is a good deal for a m-atx case and it has a 420w PSU included. 420W is enough for the build im planning (G4600 , a lower tier GTX), but can there be any troubles with it and should i trust it?

Here is the case : http://www.spire-corp.com/computer-cases/tricer-1408-sp1408b-420w-e12-2/
Here is the PSU that comes with it : http://www.spire-corp.com/power-supplies/jewel-atx-420w-sp-atx-420w-c1-e/

I'd connect my PC to a bowel movement before that power supply. Quite literally; it won't fry the GPU, CPU, or motherboard. Even if we assumed the parts inside were quality and the specs weren't lying -- very unusual on the garbage end of the PSU spectrum -- the specs themselves reveal it as actually a sub-200W PSU, with no supplementary connectors, and bragging about being compliant with a 15-year-old ATX spec that had already been eclipsed by ATX 2.0 by the time it was released.

It's a low budget build. I live in eastern EU, hoping to find a decent PSU for a low price. I see EVGA 400w and 500W (80 plus) mentioned a lot, is it any good?

Nope, not really.

EVGA GOOD ones are the G2 and G3's along with the GQ.

The rest is junk.

Somewhere near Poland by any chance? If so, you could check if SilentiumPC ships their PSU to your country. Their units are cheap but at least some of them are quite decent.
