Hello, I want to overclock ryzen 7 1700x. What's the ideal voltage for 3,6ghz? And do I need to overclock all of the 8 cores? Is it easier to overclock though bios or amd master? Thank you in advance.
I recommend manual OC in BIOS instead of master. Just increase VCore voltage and CPU speed slowly. Test with AIDA64/realbench to make sure it is stable. VCore voltage <1.45v, temp < 85 degree when under load, then you are good

You shouldn't need anything more than 1.35v for 3.6...it's possible, but I highly doubt it. Keep the core voltage as low as possible. I'd probably start somewhere around 1.275v, and move up from there.
