Keyboard and Mouse or a Controller?

Just to clarify, this is not a question of which is better, but only a question of preference. When playing a more casual game, such as an RPG: Skyrim, Fallout, Dark Souls, the Witcher 3, Shadow of Mordor/War, do you guys prefer to play with a mouse and keyboard or play in a more relaxed position with a controller? I am about 6 hours into the Witcher 3 with M/K and am wondering if I should continue or try out an Xbox One S controller. Thanks for your input.

Very comfy while playing. the trackball allows you to move your fingertips rather than your arm. the Nostromo allows all the relevant keys available on one hand and can be placed anywhere you find comfy.

drop the mouse and get a trackball, the small footprint while using is much more relaxed than moving a mouse around the desk. only takes a day or so to adapt to, many friends now swear by it.

my point is the right keyboard and mousing device can be more comfy than even an controller
