I want to Overclock

I have a i7 6700K and Gigabyte ga z170x gaming 3. I dont know how to overclock. Please help me how to overclock on this motherboard

Use aida64/real bench to test your OC stability. Monitor your CPU temp use HWinfo. If <85 under load, you are good. If blue screen/crash during stress test, power off, turn off psu and remove cmos battery on MB for a minute and put back, reboot, start over. Be pateint :) Good luck

Do you really need the performance? with my 6700K I set the multiplier to 44 just because I felt like a K cpu should be overclocked. As overclocks go that's very mild but it's dead simple and for me has been rock solid through stress tests and 2 years of gaming use. I really don't need the power though and wouldn't bother pushing it any harder.
