Thanks I'm on a tight budget what can I buy cheapest?

I will be using OBS Classic or Studio.

I play games like League of Legends, ARK Survival, Paladins, CSGO and Street Fighter 5.

I'm wondering if Intel G processors are good enough or I3 if not the New AMD APU or Ryzen?

Some friends here in Philippines said I can try Intel 4000 Series. :D

My Budget is like 450$ Hope people can help.

Hope you can help.
