Upgrading and keeping some parts

I want to upgrade but i want to keep my asus strix gtx 960 video card 2gb, ocz 700 watts power supply, and my benq monitor 240hz. i want to play my pubg with no graphic degrade and any game i can enjoy, with my current set up its not great. its my first build and dont know whats good back then. maybe i could spend about 600 to 700 us dollar, mainly for mother board, memory, storage etc to complete it.

honestly just upgrade the GPU it doesnt look like you will need to upgrade the mobo,CPU or PSU maybe add more ram say another 4-8GB if you can perhaps spend $120 or so on ram and the rest on a new GPU, perhaps a 1080, that would be about $520 (cad) so it will be cheaperr in the US
