2 days ago, I formatted my Windows 7 and re-installed it then i installed all my motherboard's driver and GPU drivers but when it is done I opened my Steam and then I saw that the Steam store, profile, community were not loading but the library is still working. I searched everywhere and didn't find any solution I tried deleting the htmlcache and flushing the config too. but none of the solution worked for me so PLEASE help me if someone can

Solution

I did notice a recent Steam update from the past couple of days, there was mention of the Steam Store and Community not loading and it should now be fixed. Perhaps this Steam update resolved the issue for you.

Was steam installed on a different HDD or SSD than your OS? If so, you need to install Steam.

All the registry information is kept on the OS. So if you format your OS drive, any program you have had installed (even if you installed in on a second drive), still needs to be installed. Once Steam is installed, you should only need to verify the game file integrity of the installed games (or maybe just trying to launch them may work).
