1. Ryzen comes with a cooler, no need
2. separate rams don't work, buy a pack
3. 32 gb is overkill, 16gb is more than enough
4. PSU should be higher
5. no sound card needed, mb has it

My edits with similar price but better performance, 1070 can handle 1080p, 144 FPS, so this monitor is worth it, but you can downgrade it if you want:
