Yes, it will do amazing in CS:GO, great in DOTA 2 and PUBG depends on some things, like what res you're playing at. For PUBG you should do very well at 1080p, but it's not a very well optimised game, so you will still experience drops in FPS. But it should still run Ultra with a few settings dialled back, to keep 60fps solid. If your playing at 1080p 144hz, or 1440p above, then that will change, as the GPU will start to show it's limitations.
The 7600k and the 1060 is a great combo for 1080p, and the 7600k still a great gaming chip.
edit: on the ram, i'd suggest going with 2 x 8gbs, matched kit. If you can afford it. If you play BF1 for example, you touch 8.5gbs ram usage, and newer games will be getting there too. To avoid stuttering as the system uses the swap file, i'd strongly suggest getting the extra 8gbs. However, not all games require that much, just the newer ones. But it will be more like that for newer release coming shortly.
