Solution
Hey,

so if you have it going into the Screen, at least you know your System is posting, so it shouldnt be a problem with either your RAM or your CPU.
Try swapping your RAM-Dimms out. Change the slots they are in and if you have multiple RAM-Sticks in your system try using only a single one.
Can you enter the BIOs? (thats the menu you open by pressing F2 or Del in that screen) If yes, reset the BIOS to it's standard settings and test again. If not try clearing you CMOS, (Type in "Clear CMOS" in google if you don't know how to do this)
Also unplug all unnecessary devices plugged in the motherboard. Meaning all your Drives, PCIe-Expansion Card's (if your CPU has a Graphics unit, plug your screen into that and take your Graphics card out...

Greets.
