Can i put 3200 MHz memory module to my mobo?

you can oc the ryzen to around 3.9-4.0. the ram will be pushed higher as a result as its speed is likely tied to the core clock/multi.

as for the ram question... unlikely and a bad idea as they will probably have massively different latency. you will also stress the on chip mmu if you mix and match ram speeds which will cause higher temps in the cpu and may even cause the mmu or ram to fail over time.

I have the ryzen 1700 3.0 GHZ
still I neeeed to oc?
and if I don't oc the ram will run at 2400 mhz? and another question can I put 2400 mhz module with a 3200 mhz module?
