System - Intel pentium n4200, 8gb ddr3, radeon r5 m430 2gb. Can i play it on lowest settings on the lowest display res.

No way it will run acceptably. You have a Pentium chip that is really a glorified Atom CPU, a line that was designed for low power consumption and only basic office and web browsing tasks. The Radeon R5 M430 is at best equal to current Intel integrated graphics available on low end to midrange laptops. The game might launch since your CPU technically has 4 threads and the GPU supports DirectX 11, but you're not going to get any sort of playable framerate out of it even at the lowest settings.
