Hi guys! I always refer to this website for my pc problems, maybe you guys could help me with my issue

Here is my computer break down;

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JTQC7h

***UPDATE****
I may have picked the wrong RAM on the pcpartpicker website. Here is the RAM https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231914 - I also checked on the RAM sticks and shows 16-16-16-36.. should I still try what you suggested?

RAM loads at 1.2v and 2133mhz by default event though its rated for 1.35v and 3200mhz. BIOS crashes when I apply settings with adjusted voltage and mhz

Ram is in correct slots (2 and 4) confirmed on mobo manual, I tried manually adjusting voltage (to 1.35) and timing (16-16-16-36) but bios freezes when I save settings. Bios also crashes when I enable XMP button and try to save.

Wondering if there is more than one place to adjust voltage and/or timing. Or if there are different voltages required to be changed, in addition to the 1.35v.

I.E: CPU Core Voltage (currently on 1.160v / auto ), CPU Core Voltage Compensation (current on auto), CPU SA Voltage (currently on 1.12v / auto ), CPU IO Voltage (currently on 0.96V / auto), CPU PLL OC & CPU PLL SFR Voltage both on auto as well

Thanks a lot!

I gave my computer in to a store to do a BIOS flash update because of CPU being newer than mobo. So it says that my BIOS has the latest version 5.15.2017 but on the website it says 5.16.2017. So I might try to do an update to be sure as well. How do you suggest for me to do the update? Boot through USB? or can you suggest something better?

Thanks a lot for your help on this Vapour!

Seems ok so far... I'm downloading the BIOS right now.. and I actually noticed they came out with another update on the October 7 and it shows these were updated;
- Update micro code.
- Improved USB device compatibility.
- Improved Windows 10 RS2 stability.

Not sure if this has anything to do with my issues but my fingers are definitely crossed!!

When I try to do the MFLASH update, after it prompts me that it will start the MFLASH process, the mouse freezes and nothing happens with BIOS. It stays on the front page but I see the cpu and mobo temp moving, so it doesn't necessarily freeze completely. I tried to search via MSI Live update but it didn't find the newest bios update. Any suggestions on this? I formatted the USB stick to FAT32 and unzipped the bios file into the USB drive as mentioned.. I am starting to wonder if I specifically need a 3.0 USB since i'm trying this with a 2.0. Do I need to make it bootable?
Could something have gone wrong when I gave this computer to the tech store for them to do flash the bios? Could they have messed up something on the update? Because computer works fine, I just can't get it to load XMP and run the right mhz

Definitely trying this when I get home, I will let you know ASAP. I believe the mouse is connected to a 3.0 along with the keyboard. Both keyboard and mouse don't respond when I try to update.. I really hope the ps/2 mouse and keyboard works

I tried using ps/2 mouse and it still doing the same thing :(

I took a few screen shots of my MSI command center which shows all my numbers.. maybe this will help? I manually adjusted the voltage to 1.35V through the program but I know when i will restart the PC, it will go back to 1.20V

I wanted to take the time to thank Vapour for all the help he provided. I turned on my PC today and for some reason my BIOS loaded and I was able to change to the correct settings. Now my MHZ is at 3200 and im happy as a pig in shit. I brought a ps/2 keyboard from work to try and play around with BIOS again but didn't end up needing to.

Thanks a lot Vapour, you are the man!
