Vibe s1 performance proplem

Hi,
My phone (lenovo vibe s1) is lagging when it become under 17% of the battery or when it get too hot and i checked out the power saver and it's completely off but the proplem didn't get solved i want to have all the power from the device even in a low battery because the device has a good performance in high battery (higher than 17%)

Sounds normal, if it drops too low it will likely drop power to save battery life, and when it gets too hot it will throttle the power also to prevent damage.

Did you contact Lenovo to see if what you are seeing is not normal?
