what better to stay with a 1080 or 1070 and why
will there be a bottleneck with a i7

any other adivice wil be welcome.

playing normaly FPS shooter bf1 gta V assing creed new cod etc

Solution
Since this is a new build, suggest you go with coffee lake I7 instead of old gen. Your build is very good. 1440p and 144Hz, any CPU will bottleneck, but I7 FPS is the best. 1080 is needed for 144p, 144 Hz.
