I have G.Skill Ripjaws X 4x4GB (F3-12800CL9Q-16GBXL) Memory running at 1600 MHz. All sticks have been tested and work fine. The computer runs fine when only using 2 sticks but only 2 sticks. Three sticks = constant BSOD (no surprise, ASUS reccomends using 1,2, or 4 sticks). Four Sticks = no boot whatsoever. DRAM light stays on continuously and pressing it to go through tunes does nothing.

Try update the intel chipset driver first, because the memory controller driver comes with that driver.

Then try clean the #3 memory slot, and set the xmp profile in the BIOS for RAM. Install the RAM in 2 and 4 slots. Boot into the BIOS to enable the XMP. After that try use the all 4 of them to see you can boot the PC or not.

If you can't, then try manual set the RAM timing in the BIOS, like 9-9-9-27, even up the RAM voltage little bit to 1.525V something like that first, save and exit. And add other RAM and try boot PC again.
