File explorer hidden of the right side of the screen?

Hi.

This is kind of strange but apparently, my file explorer is Hidden on the right side of screen which should be inaccessible. File explorer is running but can't access it. I know this because blindly taking mouse from the right side drags local disk shortcuts.

Please help as I'm, technically, locked out of my PC. Thanks in advance.

Thanks guys, but both of those solutions didn't work.

I solved the problem. While waiting for the answer, I kept dragging mouse from the right side side and, luckily for me, it brought file explorer with it.
