AMD clean installation problem

Last night I tried a clean installation from 17.9.1 to 17.10.1 AMD drivers through the amd settings menu . After the first automated reboot everything worked except the display . After 30 mins of a black screen I restarted my computer manually and now it turns on for 5 seconds and then turns off again . It keeps repeating the cycle by itself . Has anyone had the same problem before ? My guess is that the uninstallation process of the clean install deleted even the most basic graphics drivers and I get no display at all .

First of all thanks for the reply . I managed to fix the issue . I seems that it was a bad stick of RAM that wouldn't allow my PC to post . I tried it alone , or with another one or two sticks whenever that particular stick was inside my PC wouldn't post . It just went bad when AMD settings restarted my PC and I didn't what was the cause .
Seems like a power supply issue or maybe the card is bad. If you don't even see a BIOS screen, not driver setup can cause that to not work. Does the system work without the video card? Can you test the card in another system or another card in yours?

Listing full system specs is a good idea, along with the power supply brand and model.
