Right now I’m looking at an EVGA Nvidia GTX 750 Ti 2GB SC ACX. I would like to know if it’s better or worse that the his 7870 iceq turbo ghz edition that I had before I buy the 750ti. Thank you for your time, have a nice day.

If it's a brand new card, never been used then chances are extremely good it'll work. It's new.

If it's used, then you have to figure the seller could be just like you and got rid of a card that may or may not work, but used to.

Other than that there's absolutely no reason why the card will not work unless your psu is incapable of powering it for some reason. It's compatible with the mobo, it's compatible with the pcie 2.x the mobo uses, it's compatible with the cpu and bios.

Right now, a gtx750ti is @ US $100. The gtx1050 is @ US $120 and the gtx950 is $160+. The gtx1050 is considerably better than either of the 2x older cards, yet still doesn't require an extra pcie power connector, like the 750ti, but most 950 do require a 6pin pcie. If you are buying new, the 1050 is by far the best value, if pricing matches up.

No reason why the 7870 wouldn't work on that board as long as you install the drivers for it and supply enough power.

Same for the 950. Just make sure you use DDU from guru3d.com to remove any and all older or different drivers or you stand a good chance of conflicts. AMD doesn't like nvidia, and vice versa.

My card worked with a different motherboard and when I talked to someone else on tomshardware.com you guys just said that my system just didn’t like the card. The motherboard did work with a gt 530 and I’m trying to get a good nvidia card like the 950 that will work with my system.

Is your power supply big enough to support a 7870?
A gt530 doesn't need any additional connectors from the power supply.
A 7870 needs 2 x 6-pin PCIE connectors from the PSU, and roughly needs to be a minimum of 500Ws.
