About MSI Afterburner Fan Speed

Hi guys. My potato graphics card has 60*C when gaming, should I set the fan speed to 100%? Will it damage my card or increase performance? Thanks.

i bought my gpu and my fans didnt work, setting your fans to 100% is using your gpu fans at it's max since i also use msi afterburner, dont touch any of the other bars if you dont know what they do
