How do you want someone to help you if you did not even mention the make and model of your UPS? What measurements did you take? Which part is not working - charger, inverter, logic? Are you still alive after poking inside?
You're told several times - this is dangerous stuff. 10KVA can kill you, both on low- and high-voltage paths.
