In my [strike]cpu[/strike] PC the SMPS have 2 connectors , first one is 24 pin and second oneis 4 pin. The 4 pin is for what use?

you mean motherboard or powersupply ?
24 pin is to power the motherboard (right side)
the 4 EPS pin is for the cpu (top left of the motherboard)
24 pin is to power the motherboard (right side)
the 4 EPS pin is for the cpu (top left of the motherboard)

When i just connect only 24 pin then its working the fan but not coming anything after i just plug the 4 pin then not any respond totally off what is the problem
