Build selection is solid except for a few things:

1> the Scythe Kotetsu (SCKTT-1000) which doesn't support AM4 socket out of the box. I'd advise you to switch to either the newer Rev.B package of the Scythe Mugen 5 or Fuma (SCMG-5100 or SCFM-1100) for AM4 socket support out of the box. The Kotetsu is still listed as supporting AM4 socket, but you'll have to order the bracket from Scythe and that'd be another 4€ + shipping.

2> Unless your local pricing differ, at ~$270 I'll recommend getting the GTX 1060 over the RX 570.

3> WD Green is WD super budget SSD, a DRAM less model, so if you do get this model, just have Windows and maybe Office on it. Do not fill this drive up or its performance and reliability will degrade greatly.
