for extra 1.3k rupee, u can get the R3 1200 which is more decent than an i3 imo, OCable, and comes with a decent stock cooler too

found some good 2x4 RAM at nice cost imo, only rated up to 3000mhz, but should be more than enough for your budget build
after all, ryzen lineup does benefit from the RAM speed too
1050ti + R3 1200 can handle med-high @1080p just fine
if u had extra cash, upgrading to 1060 3 GB could give u high @1080p
total extra cost is about 3k rupee

Agreed with above suggestion. Though if you go for Ryzen, you should go the extra length and get 2x 4GB instead of 1x 8GB as Memory. Also DDR4-2400 or even -2666 if somehow possible. Yes, that costs more, but the cost is more than worth the performance improvement it would give
