Solution
What you see are called "visual artifacts". When a GPU produces artifacts, there is something wrong with it. If you have overclocked the graphics card (GPU), you probably have overclocked it too much. If you haven't overclocked it, it may not be getting cooled enough: is the fan on it spinning? Try installing GPU-Z (https://www.techpowerup.com/download/gpu-z/), and check the GPU temperature in the "Sensors" tab, let me know the readings. What's your GPU, motherboard, RAM and CPU? What power supply unit (PSU) are you using?
