Do you guys think I should upgrade my cpu and maybe my motherboard. Tell me what you guys think and if so what should I upgrade to?

there is not enough data to answer your question :)
if the CPU is limiting factor in your tasks, the upgrade is welcome. to what CPU, again depends on what you are doing and the budget.
you can't go wrong with new i7-8700K, but it will cost a lot as you will need to buy CPU, MB and RAM = ~700$

Sorry about that was writing that at work and didn't put much in there. It's used for gaming and vr mostly some graphic design but rarely. It's not bottlenecking currently, but idk if I run some of the more cpu intensive game side it will bottleneck. I just don't think it's matched with the 1080.

Well my TV is 60hz but the vr runs at 90fps at the same time as the TV display.
