My computer had some problem two weeks ago and i figured out the mobo died, so i bought a new one. Did the paper clip test on PSU to confirm PSU stil worked.

After building my pc with the new mobo, it didn't start so i figured i might be forgotten some wire. It showed a red blink and then switched off, after a long process of figuring what was wrong i decided to re build it again without gpu and it worked but when i switched it off and turned it on again with gpu, it didn't and also stopped working without gpu.

Then i reseated my cpu and tried with gpu, it worked and with gpu it worked too.

My computer worked for two days with some no reason restarts during some times but on around 3rd day i received my first BSOD error. Something about memory management error and my computer seemed fine for a while and i almost forgot it. Then, after a break i trying playing a game and it started to give me BSOD every time i tried to play, the errors were (forgot the exact words)

SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION
KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
MEMORY MANAGMENT ERROR and one more about query which i forgot. But it only happened when i played the game. I downloaded some drivers for my mobo and gpu so i doubted that.

Today, i got BSOD errors even when im not playing a game so i, after giving up on finding the driver problem decided to reinstall windows and it didn't help.

Right now, my computer doesn't turn on but when it does, it restarts in a couple of seconds and when i try without gpu the monitor shows some white noise like display.

To summarise: Prev mobo died, brought new mobo, had trouble building it, worked for around 2 days with some mild restarting issues then got BSOD and now computer doesn't start.

My pc specs
GPU- Gtx 750 TI
CPU- i3 4150
Mobo- MSI H81M-E33
PSU- something which came with cabinet, xpro micro atx Gloria 3211?
Ram- kingston 8 fb

I know my PSU is bad and i doubt that a bit and im pretty sure the mobo is faulty, i just found out one if the ram slots doesn't work.

One thing i noticed is when i try to start without GPU it stays longer than when i try to start with GPU, also how do i check my PSU is good enough for my build? It is 400W.

I want to check if my current PSU can give enough power. It worked with my old mobo and same build so im pretty sure there's no not-enough-power problem, but i want to check if it still gives enough power. The main reason i want to check is that i had some repeated power cuts, which i fear mightve damaged the PSU
