Bios upgrade fail (ASUS F2A85-M pro)

I have been using a F2A85-m pro motherboard and i decided randomly to update my bios. i went to the official site from asus and downloaded the latest bios version for my spesific motherboard, put it on a usb drive, shut down my computer and entered the bios. i went to uefi upgrade tool and upgraded the bios. it had to restart and after the restart it wouldn't boot into windows. it does say that windows ran into an error and i can choose from the option to boot it normally or with an option to let it search for problems. of course because the fault is probally in the bios windows won't detect it. i went to another computer in our house an i tried installing older versions of the bios for my motherboard because i can still enter my bios but nothing seems to work. do you guys have a solution because i really need my computer because i have some stuff on there that i need for test next week for school :(

I know that this advice is late, but a BIOS update falls into the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" category. A BIOS update is ONLY recommended to fix a known error(such as ram issues), or to acquire additional functionality, such as support for a new CPU. NEVER update the BIOS just to have the latest and greatest version.
That being said, if you can't roll back to the last working BIOS, then you are probably stuck.:(

I know I will get the files in that way but it won't fix my bios problem so does anybody has an solution for that

Hi, decided to update the BIOS trying to fix some random PC shutdown, after having reinstalled Win10 without success.
Switched from bios 64xx to 6601 (last available).

Now, I cannot even boot to windows, due to BSOD.
The PC stops by itself even in safe mode.
(and, yes, I changed the boot sequence to boot on the proper drive)

You might try to clear CMOS (See your owner's manual for the procedure.)
If that doesn't work, I suggest you start a new thread, referencing this one, for more help.
