XMP Ram Profile No Longer Working

I recently rebuilt my system to replace the cooler, but when attempting to set the XMP profile for the ram in the bios, I'm finding that it is no longer working -- specifically, it now causes a restart loop when setting the XMP profile to profile 2 (2933), and proceeds to about 5 restarts with no display in between each restart (exact amount of reboots every time), and then boots up normally with the normal ram bios settings after the 5th or 6th time.

When not using the profile, it runs perfectly fine in normal settings and boots up normally.
The XMP profile was working flawlessly prior to rebuilding the PC with the new cooler. Another notable change was when I attempted to overclock, but did not get a display, so I removed the CMOS battery, and I'm not sure, but I get the feeling that it is kind of loose, not sitting hardly firm in the battery socket. However, I'm not sure if that's normal as I didn't really pay attention to how it sat it before taking it out.

I've tried clearing the CMOS before changing the XMP profile, and I do have the latest bios revision. Any help would be great.
