Can the ASRock A320M-DGS support Ryzen 7?

Can the ASRock A320M-DGS or the ASRock A320M-HDV support a CPU that consumes a lot of power ? Like a Ryzen 7 1800X ?

It has only a 4-pin CPU power socket. Does that cap the CPU power ? Do any of you use it ?

Even B350 will have a hard time to support good ocing Ryzen 7 except B350 MSI gaming pro carbon, VRAM is just not good enough for the rest. A320 is fine if you have less cores and don't OC, but this is the whole point of Ryzen CPUs. Either B350 gaming pro carbon or X370 MB will be required.
