Ive Pentium G3220 3ghz 4gb ram installed can I intsall another 4gb does my pc works as 8gb ram ,does it supports?

Yes it should work and your second stick could also be 8GB for total 12GB. Long as its DDR3 and 1.5v shouldn't be a problem. Know tho it probably will only work in single channel as tends to take company pair sticks to work together. Also if your windows may be limited as Microsoft made home basic only support 8GB and 32bit version only 4GB's.

Getting ram from different vendors to work together(even same timings, speed and capacities) is problematical at best, and impossible at worst. If the ram you are getting is not listed in the MB QVL, or not listed by the ram manufacturer as being compatible, then I would say no. Manufacturers sell ram in matched kits for a reason.
