Hello
I recently upgraded my cpu and now my pc is in a boot loop. I get no signal and it restarts after about 20 seconds. When I switched the cpu I accidentally turned on the system without ram( I was excited lol ) now after moving ram to the second ram slot ( cpu cooler covers the first) it’s just rebooting over and over

Specs
Motherboard- gigabyte h110m-h
Cpu- I had a intel core i3 6100 and I switched to the core i5 7600k
Gpu- gtx1060 sc

Solution
Okay, few helpful links for updating BIOS.
General Gigabyte instruction how to use BIOS flashing: https://www.gigabyte.com/MicroSite/121/tech_qflash.htm
A guide how to do it on your board (but a little more abstract): https://www.quora.com/How-can-I-upgrade-BIOS-in-my-Gigabyte-GA-H110M-H-motherboard-to-support-my-Intel-i5-7500-processor (it says to support i5-7500, but steps are same in case of your CPU)

Note however, that updating BIOS is risky. You can easily brick you board, if you don't know what you do. Read both the guides, and if you don't think you understood everything, it is better to find someone more tech savvy who can help you.

That board needs BIOS version F20 to run your new CPU. If you have any older version, the machine will not POST. You need to put your old 6100 and check what version you have. If not F20 or F21, you have to update it, and swap to 7600k after successful update.
