I am getting the AsRock AB350 Pro4 motherboard (http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/#Overview) and I was wondering if the Crucial Ballistix LT Sport DDR4-2400 Memory would work with this motherboard (I'd be using one stick of 8 GB ram, the grey version). Also, would this RAM be compatible with my Ryzen 5 1500x processor?

Solution
Compatible, as in it fits. Ryzen cpus, however, much prefer faster ram, upto 3200 is good generally. Ryzen also prefers dual channel, that means 2x4Gb, not a single stick. Ryzen also prefers Samsung B-die based ram, those Crucial ram are Micron, which can have issues (not as many as SkHynix). There are steps to alleviate those potential issues, such as AGESA 1.0.0.6, which is a firmware update for the motherboard, but that's just a very successful band-aid, and not always perfect.

Ryzen +OC, 3200MHz ram = upto @15-20% better performance.
Dual channel vrs single channel ram = upto @15-20% faster performance.

A few $ gets you a very good chance at extra performance, something to think about.
