Crystaldiskinfo "Caution" mark, what to do about it?

Two readings in particular, as pictured below--32 counts per attribute. The drive is a Seagate Barracuda 3TB (mechanical harddrive, internal) some three years old. My main question concerns the implications of those readings, and the approximate time left for the drive. And yes, I've got all the date backed up.

Time left, unknown. Implications, there are areas of the disk that were unreadable. Seagate 3TB disks have not had a good track record. They had a much higher failure rate -- https://www.backblaze.com/blog/3tb-hard-drive-failure/ That was before YOUR Seagate 3TB disk. But it is not a good track record...
