Solution
Everything is compatible. I'd look at a different PSU model though. You don't want to pair that graphics card with that EVGA W1 power supply. The quality is poor.

@Lucky_SLS, that B3 PSU is also very poor quality. Two of them burned up during testing using retail units.

In the end, it may not matter because the 450 B3 has other, more serious problems. It looks like Super Flower made a huge mistake in its design, which poses a major safety risk. We noticed that the over-power protection triggering point is set way too high. Even under normal operating temperatures, one of the primary FETs in our store-bought sample, along with some other components, blew up. Either SF should set its OPP point much lower or use components able to handle higher amperage. We were also disturbed by the fact that, after the primary side shorted out, the PSU's fuse didn't blow. Every time we applied power, we saw sparks. Obviously, that's a fire hazard.

This would be a WAY better option, plus it's fully modular.

You asked: are these parts compatible with each other?
Yes, they are fully compatible with each other.

but if you need some advise on these parts and some reasonable changes in those parts.
i7-7700 is a powerful and good cpu, which can "fly" many new AAA titles, and it can be also used for video editing and developing as well. when paired with a GTX 1060, it will allow the GPU to run in it's full potential, and the result will be that you will get 60+ Fps in every AAA title easily.
16GB of dual channel ram Ram is ideal for a modern gaming rig. and because your motherboard has 4 RAM slots, then will have enough space for upgrading to 32 GB or more.
The PSU is something you should change, a 1060 with a i7-7700 should not be powered by EVGA W1 500w, if you are looking for something reliable, good and budget friendly, then i recommend you to go for one of these:

SeaSonic G series 550
https://www.amazon.ca/SeaSonic-550-Watt-CrossFire-Certified-SSR-550RM/dp/B00918MEZG/

EVGA 600 B1, 80+ BRONZE 600W
https://www.amazon.ca/EVGA-BRONZE-Warranty-Tester-100-B1-0600-KR/dp/B00EON40CS/

BQ series is junk. Of all the reviews available in this series, none of them scored well at all. The 500w unit is an Andyson made power supply, and they do not have a very good history of making quality budget units either.

There are much better units available in this price range.

They are good, they are reliable, they are not expensive, they are perfect for his build

B1 is junk. It's not good, or reliable. Is it better than a lot of units out there? Certainly. Does that mean it's "good"? Certainly not.

Seasonic G is an old group regulated design and is not C6/C7 (Haswell and newer) low power state compatible.

Neither of those units is a good fit or recommended for use with this build. Pretty clearly you are somewhat in the dark about the realities of power supplies. You should put in the work to be more informed if you are going to make recommendations regarding them.
