pubg BUG ?

So I have a GTX 970 SSC from EVGA, and been playing Players unknown Battleground for months now without a problem. then 2 updates ago, when I go to First person (or close to a tree to lean out ) I get this happening to me the image does like a zoom into FPS but this is what I get

I have ran DDu/reinstall drivers, tried DDu/previous drivers
I have run integrity of PUBG files, I have uninstall/reinstalled PUBG
turn clock settings on video card back to what it was. (factory) but it only was a mild 100MHZ OC.
anyone else getting this ? or am I an Exception. ?

Detail in my signature of my main system

this is what I see

no one ??

Well after looking around I found the answer to the problem and perhaps this can help other that have screen issues and or FPS problems.

in windows 10, open an explorer windows, click on VIEW on top tool bar and set [x] hidden files.
goto c:\user\USERNAME\appdata\local\TSLGame\config and delete the folder called WindowsNoEditor folder.
lick on VIEW on top tool bar and set [ ] hidden files.
Update reinstall your video drivers, then reboot your system
launch PUBG.

it solved my FPS speed from 60-80 to become 80-110 and no more First Person view to be as shown above.

hope this helps others.
