Im a noob when it comes to building a PC. But I love Total War Warhammer and want to get into the 2nd game.I would like to build a machine that can play it on recommended settings but my budget is $700 to $800. Any thoughts or recommendations?

1600 comes with a good stock cooler and helps me oc to 3.8 and running cool
