I would like to upgrade my Dell laptop Ram to 32gb. According to the Intel website, I can upgrade to 32GB RAM. However, the spec when I bought the laptop, the max is 16 GB RAM. Can I upgrade to 32 GB RAM?

Another question is: why the max speed on Intel site is 3.10GHz and I checked on the laptop system spec is max speed 2.70GHz?

Processor: Intet i5-7200U

To answer your question about RAM no you can't upgrade to 32gb (and why would you want to, especially on a laptop its a waste of money), its limited by the system motherboard and BIOS. If Dell says its 16, its 16.

The max speed is single core turbo speed. your laptops full processor speed is 2.7 ghz under normal work loads, hence thats what its sold as.
