I need to know if my motherboard will work with Graphics card

your board use the lates version of pci-e 3.0 and card use older 2.0 one so if you could get a newer card that use 3.0 pci-e version for better result and to avoid getting a new card in a 1 year or 2 .

it will work perfectly fine since pci e is completely backwards compatible. could use it in a pci express 1.0 slot and it would still work. would just have half the bandwidth.
i like to think of pci e as USB but for the inside of your computer.
