Which CPU I have to buy?

I have h81-plus
I3 4160
Zotac GTX 1060 6g
8g 1600 ram
Power 530 wat
I think the CPU has bottleneck my GPU in many games like watch dogs 2 and assassin's Creed syndicate
1080p
Which CPU I can buy for compatible motherboard and not too expensive?
In my country are only 4440' 4460 '4770 and 4790

I wouldn't go 4440 or 4460, they are clocked lower than your 4160 and will likely perform similar or even worse in games that use 1 or 2 threads. The i5 4670 or i5 4690 might be worth it as they are clocked higher. However to get a decent jump in performance I would go 4770 or 4790.

All are compatible. Try to buy the max possible CPU for future proofing. Simply because we don't need to upgrade the CPU often. But just to match GTX 1060, i5 4460 will be just fine. however i7 will be worth upgrading.
