I got a new Zotac gtx 1060 AMp edition
my screen goes black for few seconds
it happens during playing games and browsing youtube

i tried reinstalling driver and reinstalling card but the issue still occurs

PC Specification:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
MSI B350M PRO-VDH
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb ddr4
Zotac Gtx 1060 6GB Amp Edition
Antec VP650P 650W PSU

Solution
okay, seems like your issue has a simple solution. Please do a clean install of windows 10. Back up your data in the OS drive before doing so. No upgrade, no reset, just a new clean install of windows by formatting the current OS partition. This should either resolve your issue or at least eliminate a corrupt windows reason. If it doesnt get resolved after doing this, we will do further troubleshooting.

Thanks for the info. Now, when you say you uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, can you please put a tick mark against each step mentioned below:

1) Uninstall old drivers
2) Uninstall 8400 physically
3) Drop in the new 1060
4) Boot into safe mode and run a driver cleaner utility like DDU e.g. https://www.google.co.in/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=6&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwj_5cLMmonXAhXNZiYKHW9JDpwQFgg2MAU&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.guru3d.com%2Ffiles-details%2Fdisplay-driver-uninstaller-download.html&usg=AOvVaw0L0n5MbysmNOEafhf33ql3
5) Reboot
6) Install new drivers

If there is a cross at any step, please repeat steps 1,4, 5, 6.

Your PSU is also not one of the best but we will get to it later. Let me know when you have done the above.

I used the ddu to uninstall the driver in safe mode and then reboot and installed the new drivers
i used the pc without any drivers for 30 mins there was no issue
as soon as i installed the driver+geforce experience the issue started occuring again
