I have bought a Seagate disk drive that has 4 terabytes of storage and the storage can be seen on my computer as a driver and it is seen in device manager in the disk drives but I cannot get it to be seen In the disk management place and I have tried everything also when I try to do more actions all the option are grey and unable to select as I could refresh disks before and it would appear but it doesn't give me that option. Also bonus question if my previous can be figured out I have formatted my driver a couple times and my files that were spose to be deleted are now having used space in the driver when I had this working before so I would ask what program can I use to retrieave my files if it still there
