I bought used Deepcool Teseract in great condition an i moved all components to it.

I cleaned the cpu tower cooler, gpu, psu and blowed the mobo with hair dryer.
I put everything together and than when i pushed the power button the pc turned on but started beeping.Tried again but same, than i changed the speaker (motherboad) and the pc turned on but when it gets to windows 10,logo after 5s the pc shuts down and dont turn on again.

I set my SSD to boot first but nothing helps.I removed my two HDDs and tried again but than i get message "Reboot and select proper boot device or......"
Put back in my HDDs and again while booting the pc shuts down. Also i got the beeping again with the new speaker but after shut down it disappeared.
I checked all the conections but everything seems to be fine.I tried with another sata cables and sata power but nothing helps.

Every fan is spinning and cpu/mobo/case temperatures are fine in bios.
